Delivery Questions

 

How much is shipping/delivery?

It will cost $20 dollars to the Tri-cities & Burnaby area and $25 dollars to the Surrey / Vancouver area for each delivery.

Do you do international deliveries?

NO! We do not do international things for now.

Where do you deliver? How long does it take?

We would like to deliver on the day that you request for the delivery. We will appreciate it if you book ahead of time so we can make the best out of the time.

Do you guarantee delivery on a specific date?

Yes, we guarantee to deliver on a specific date as we will notify ahead of the time if there are any issues.

Do you deliver to businesses?

Yes, we can deliver anywhere in the Vancouver area.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, we will deliver to the receptionist at the hospital.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Yes!

What happens if the recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery?

We will leave a message or be able to call ahead of the time to make sure that someone is there to receive the flowers.

Why aren’t you able to deliver to my requested destination?

We will do our best to deliver on all the requested destinations except some areas that have barriers for entry.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We take all the payment through PayPal that includes Visa/ Mastercard/Amex.

Can I pay for my order on arrival?

All the payment has to be made online before submission of your order.

My friend and I would like to split the cost of one of your bouquets, is this possible?

Yes, you can give us a call to split the payment or you can do it through online


Privacy Questions

 

Will any of my billing information be displayed on the delivered item?

NO, but as per your request we can deliver your receipt as well.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, It is all encrypted and safe through Paypal method.


Quality Questions

 

Why should I buy from you?

We use all the hand picked fresh flowers to make it unique & the freshest quality. We have been well known in the coquitlam for more than 40 years. All the flowers were locals while some roses are imported due to the quality.

How will the flowers be packaged?

The flowers are packaged and delivered so that it will not lower the quality and we make sure we keep our reputation for the best quality flowers in the area.


Pre-Order Questions

 

Is it possible for you to slightly change one of your arrangements for me? I would like white flowers instead of pink.

Yes, we can change the color of the flowers but we need to get notified ahead of the time. IF WE DON’T HAVE ANY SPECIFIC FLOWER OR VASE, WE WILL TRY TO MATCH WITH THE CLOSET COLOR AND VASE TO THE PICTURE AS WELL.

Will I be able to send a message with my order?

Yes, Please notify us about your message so that we can deliver it as per your request.

Can I order by telephone?

Yes, Please call us at 604-492-0555 so that we can make the best flowers that suit your needs.

Will you send me a receipt?

Yes, we will email your receipt when you place the order as well as when we deliver your order.

I’m having a problem ordering from your website, what should I do?

Can I send flowers purchased on the same invoice to two different recipients?

Yes, you need to mention it ahead and might be charged as a separate delivery fee which will depend on the destination.


Post-Order Questions

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we make any changes as your request.

Where are my flowers? They should have been delivered today.

Our delivery time is usually between 10 am to 7pm on the day that you request. Please contact us.

Can I track my order?

You can contact us to find out about your delivery.

I haven’t received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Please email or call us so that we can find out the situation about your order.

I made a mistake when ordering, what should I do?

It is quite common for us so please don’t hesitate to contact us asap so that we can correct it.

The bouquet I received was not what I ordered, what are you going to do?

If the flower that your order was a mistake then we will confirm it with our confirmation email. If it is a mistake from our end then we will deliver the correct order asap or we will not give your money back.

My flowers were delivered late. What are you going to do?

If your delivery was not on the day then we will refund your delivery cost or might refund the whole transaction which depend under the different circumstances.
